Old Salt Co-op embarked on an ambitious transformation of Helena’s historic 1940 Bert and Ernie’s building, adaptive-reusing the cherished structure into a vibrant, multi-functional hub encompassing a restaurant, butcher shop, market, and bar. The design skillfully integrates modern commercial functionality while meticulously preserving the original architectural elements that give the building its unique character.
